All appraisals are performed and completed in accordance with the Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and The Appraisal Foundation’s rules and requirements.  

We specialize in appraisals of residential single and multi-family properties and real estate consulting. 

Our business area includes the following counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Ozaukee and Washington. 

Turn-around times for reports are normally within 1-3 business days after the property inspection has taken place.  Note that turn-around times may be longer with complicated or unique properties.  

Appraisal reports can be transmitted via e-mail, fax, postal mail, and/or hand delivered. 

We have competitive fees and discounts for contracted clients (see fee schedule).  Consulting fees are on a per-case basis and will be billed on a pre-arranged hourly rate.  Feasibility studies are available, time permitting. 

Our typical billing cycle for reports is on a 30 day basis for pre-arranged or contracted customers.  

For non-contracted clients and private party orders, payment is C.O.D. due at the time of the appraisal inspection.
